Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 8–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified during promotional periods.
Any applicable shipping fees (if applicable in the future) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MyMood™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (when available). Please allow several days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is detected, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect addresses
- Force majeure events
- Local delivery disruptions
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the situation and offer a resolution.
